What counts as an "active accord"?
An accord is active from the moment you publish it until its deadline passes or the threshold is reached. Drafts do not count.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my accords if I downgrade?
Existing accords remain active and functional. You just cannot create new ones beyond the free tier limit until you upgrade again.
Is Institutional billed annually?
