“I commit to purchasing and installing rooftop solar through the 78704 Neighborhood Solar Co-op group purchase program — provided that at least 150 households in zip code 78704 make the same commitment by March 31, 2025. No upfront payment required to commit.”
How this works
This commitment only activates when 150 people have committed by March 31, 2025. If the threshold isn't reached, no one is obligated to act and all commitments expire automatically. Everyone acts together — or not at all.

What happens if the threshold isn't reached?
If 150 commitments aren't collected by March 31, 2025, all commitments expire automatically. No one is obligated to do anything.

You'll receive an email notification the moment the threshold fires. All commitments activate simultaneously at that instant.
Can I withdraw my commitment?
